Get Out and Vote

Tomorrow is Election Day in the U.S. and it is anticipated to be one of the largest turnouts in decades. That means prepare for long lines, be patient and wear comfortable footwear. Sure you could wear sneakers but I feel carrying out my civic duty deserves a more respectful appearance. I’ll be wearing my Church’s Grafton’s.

You might say, but they’re made in England not very patriotic. You would be correct, however I can stand for hours in them because of the support and double leather soles that give me that much more between the floor and the bottom of my feet.

My point is regardless of what you wear the important thing is to make your vote count, it’s your country, your duty and your right.
