Critical Mass

Two and a half years into it we’re beginning to gain some critical mass. In Thursday’s New York Times, Style section writer Jon Caramanica covers Leffot in the Critical Shopper column, a weekly column about the shopping experience in New York.

We’d like to thank Jon and the Times for selecting Leffot and naming us, “The city’s most thoughtfully executed multibrand shoe store for men.”

We’re sincere and passionate about what we do and we do it for all those who enjoy looking and feeling good in a great pair of shoes. Nothing validates our efforts more than the positive feedback we receive from our clients and critics like the Critical Shopper. Thank you all for your encouragement and support it means a great deal to us and keeps the fire burning.

So many shoes, so little time…

“……..Mr. Taffel asked if I had ever owned cordovan leather shoes with the same curious, conspiratorial tone he might use to ask if I’d ever made love to a Frenchwoman,…..”

Now I understand why I tingle to some far off memory each time I shop at Leffot, and why I keep coming back!

Congratulations! You are the best Stephen.
