Edward Green Alderley

English shoemaker Edward Green has introduced a new wingtip boot named Alderley. This is the first pair we’ve ordered in for one of our clients and they look fantastic.

I’m a big wingtip lover and these boots are elegant and gutsy a nice compliment to the EG Galway. This pair is on Dainite soles, which makes a great boot for city or country, wear.

And incidentally this pair is for another of our female clients. I’m not sure what it is about women in men’s boots these days but I can’t say I blame them.

    Steven,

Stunning! As the owner of four pairs of EG Galways the Aderley is a wonderful step in a new direction – will drop by later in the week to discuss a pair.

    All the best,

    Jim

Those soles look quite deliciously thick. Are they thicker than normal (i.e., double Dainite soles)?

Glad you like to new boot. If you can drop by during the EG trunk show Oct 22 you should be able to see one in the flesh.

These are on a standard Dainite sole. A great choice on this boot.

See you, the Alderleys, and the rest of the EG’s on the 22nd.

Would you be willing to provide a ballpark price?

Although my Grandmother taught me, “if you have to ask you cant afford it,” I will ask to my own folly.
