Kudu Indy’s

Now that winter’s upon us it’s time to get your feet into something that will stand up to the elements and the Alden 404 Kudu Indy boot is an excellent choice.

Kudu is an oily leather perfect for foul weather. In addition these boots have Vibram lug soles, think snow tires for your car. Made on Alden’s TruBalance last there is plenty of room for heavier socks to keep your feet nice and toasty.

Actually, Steven, I have a pair of regular Indys in 9EEE on the Trubalance last. They are awesome. Once I wear out my stock Indys, I am getting a pair in kudu.

That’s because the 405 original Indy is made in more sizes and widths. The 404 and 403 are made in 6-13 C,D,E.

Alden stocks 3 Indy boots, the original 405, this model 404 and the brown chromexcel 403. That’s to say the three styles are in the stock range but sizes are not always “in stock”.
