Last years launch of Alfred Sargent’s Handgrade Collection has been a huge success and understandably so the shoes are fantastic. Alfred Sargent has been making shoes in Northamptonshire, England since 1899 and they put every bit of expertise and ability into each pair.
Now they’ve just bumped it up a level by introducing the “New Waist”. It’s quite a lot narrower and features a V shaped heel but retains the Fiddleback sole at the same time.
Our next trunk show with Alfred Sargent is April 21st from 11am – 7pm and we’ll premiere the “New Waist” along with new models at that time. We hope to see you there.

How does this waist compare to the waist on the G&G Deco range? They look very similar from what I can tell in pictures, as do the heel treatments.

We’ll let you know once we see the shoes next week. Alternatively you should come to the show and see them for yourself.

I would love to come. Unfortunately, I’m in California so I doubt I could convince my wife!
Steven,
I can’t make the show either – will you have a sample or two in the shop after the show? I’m in NYC in May and would love to see the double monk.
