You are cordially invited to join us Thursday April 21st from 11am-7pm when Chay Cooper presents Alfred Sargent’s Handgrade Collection. The collection offers a choice of three Lasts, a square toe, a classic almond shaped round toe and a soft square allowing the customer to pick any of the styles on their preferred toe shape.
A full selection of width fittings is also available. With hand painted Oak Bark, Fiddleback sole waists as standard these elegant handmade shoes can also be personalized with your name in the lining and initials in brass nails in the waist can also be requested.
Each pair is enclosed in a bespoke box with dust bags and includes the same polish used in the factory in order to assist in maintaining the patina. These are among the finest English made shoes.
This particular show takes on more significance, as it is the debut of the “New” AS Handgrade Sole. It is quite a lot narrower in the waist and features a V shaped heel but retains the fiddleback sole at the same time. This new sole elevates the level of the AS Hangrade yet again and speaks to their desire to push the envelope.
The following styles plus others featuring the “New Waist” will be on display we hope to see you there.

I cannot believe I am going to miss the show. I think the new waist absolutely makes those slip-ons. They are complete works of art.

Sorry you can’t make it we’ll try and post pictures.
PS – These are not even the new waist.

Steven,
Wish I could be there. By the way – I wore my Gaziano and Girling this week and I love them! Got a couple of compliments too! Thanks for turning them on to me.

A sincere thank you to all the guys who took the time out of their schedules to visit our trunk show with Steven today.
We look forward to making your shoes!
Kindest regards,
Chay.
That tassel loafer is such a beast. Looking forward to pictures of the show.
Walked out of there with the Browning in snuff suede and an order of that gorgeous tassle loafer (Carroll?) in Tobacco, but I could easily have dropped several more thou on some boots and the double monks. Restraint.
Thanks Steven and Chay for a great show and great shoes.
Kevin
