We’ve just received a new batch of Viberg Hiker boots, including a new model that we detailed with Viberg exclusively for Leffot. These boots are hand built by Viberg Boot Co.in Victoria, British Columbia. Each boot is made of thick full-grain leather and feature the Viberg stamp on the outside.
The uppers are fully leather lined with no cardboard or plastic heel counters or toe box. These boots are entirely leather on leather through and through. We’ve mounted them on Vibram soles for no nonsense all terrain positraction.
These boots have quite a unique and classic look. With your choice of white Christy, black lugged, or black ripple soles they will lend themselves to more outfits than you can imagine, from the relaxed to the adventurous. If you own one pair of hiking boots in this life make it a great one. These are boots for a lifetime, wear them hard and wear them well and don’t worry they can certainly take it.

How does the sizing work? I’m between 8.5E-9D in dress shoes, but an 8.5D for most casual footwear.

Viberg sizing is UK so you need to go down a full size. US 8.5D is a UK 7.5D which should work for you.

I tried on the US equivalent of an 11.5 about a month ago at your store (I told you i was an 11E in the trubalance and barrie). Would that have been a 10.5 or 11 uk sizing? Also what widths do you stock?
Thinking about calling up and ordering them, but I forget what the actual uk size was that I tried on

The Viberg hikers are in a D width although they run slightly full. You probably would wear a UK 10.5 in these but possibly 11 depending on how much room you like to have.
