We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so with 10 days of receiving it. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or a store credit against future purchases. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original packaging.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Leffot cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
Prior to returning your item, please email us for a Return Authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns.
For orders to the United States, shipping is done via UPS Ground Service. A delivery tracking number is provided.

International Shipping Terms
All international shipping is via insured USPS Express Mail Service (EMS), which is delivered in 4-6 days.

Overall, shipping Internationally via USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) is very smooth, reliable, and fast. However, there are a few things to note:
* Goods shipped outside of the USA will be declared as “Merchandise” and at their full retail value.
* The customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees associated with the delivery.
* Delivery times are approximate. Many goods are evaluated by local customs officials, and this can delay its delivery to you. This is typical during very busy or holiday periods. If this happens, there’s typically nothing that we can do to expedite your delivery.
* If the shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, the customer is responsible for paying the costs of re-sending the item.
We declare full order value on every customs declarations document on International shipments outside the United States. The customer is responsible for any import taxes, fees and any customs importation duties or VAT taxes imposed by their country.
Please do not ask us to declare a lower value for the items being shipped, we must declare full value on every shipment.

Leffot gathers online customer information to enhance your online experience with us, to improve and maintain the content of our website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
We collect information from you when you purchase products from our online shop. We may use this information to advise you of changes to our website, or to let you know about our newest products. We may also record which products you are interested in or inquire after as to improve our features and customer service on our website.
Shipping addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise, obtaining information and when communication is needed directly relating to orders or inquiries placed through our site.
Addresses may be used for periodic mailings from Leffot about new products and services. Cookies are used in our eShop, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Alden Reserve-Order Policy
Please read this information carefully as it contains specific details on how we accept Alden reserve-orders.
*Once an order is “confirmed” (scheduled for production) by Alden, we will post that shoe to our online store as available to reserve. Only then will we accept reserve-orders.
*All available sizes will be listed on our online store and can be reserved. We cannot make any changes or additions to the sizes on the order once it has been confirmed by Alden and posted online.
*A non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit is required for all reserve-orders. The deposit can be placed through the online store.
*Alden generally does not provide updates on delivery. Once we have confirmation for an order it takes “approximately” 12-16 weeks to receive but it can take longer.
*Once we receive the order you will be notified by email that your shoes have arrived.
We think this policy will be beneficial for reserving Alden shoes in advance of delivery. We recognize the fact that it does not allow for specific individual non-stock size requests. We are mindful of that and are looking into possible options for the future.
