When Wolverine released their first Limited Edition shell cordovan boot the 721 LTD it was a huge success. Only 1,000 pairs were released and all were sold.

The 744 LTD boot is made on the same last as its predecessor. The shape and fit are similar to the 721 LTD, but features a perforated captoe made in Horween shell No. 449 a rich dark brown cordovan. The shaft and tongue are unlined shell, which is great because it’s softer and suppler around the ankle and instep.

They’re surprisingly lightweight and flexible and provide excellent support under your feet. As with all cordovan boots the more you wear them the better they look. This is an elegant work boot, as appropriate with a sport coat as it is on the job site.

There are only 1,000 pairs for worldwide distribution. Each hand-numbered pair comes with a certificate of authenticity, basswood shoetrees and shoe-bags.

Sizing – These boots fit true to size, unlike the Original 1,000 Mile boots which run large. We recommend buying your normal U.S. shoe size in this boot.
