Many of you may be familiar with Justin FitzPatrick, aka The Shoe Snob, and his blog about fine footwear. On June 12 and 13, Justin will be here to present his J.FitzPatrick line. A Shine & Co. will also be here to offer complimentary shoe shines.
Justin got his start at Stefano Bemer, where he learned how to make, repair, and polish shoes. In 2013 he launched his J.FitzPatrick shoe line, which combines classic construction techniques with modern styling. We’re proud to host him for another show here at Leffot.
This trunk show will be a great opportunity to see Justin’s offerings in person, as we will be the only place in New York to find his goodyear welted shoes. He’ll have samples of all his shoes with him, and will have a size run so that those of you who are curious about fit will be able to find your size.
For those of you who wish to customize your shoes, the Made to Order program is just the option for you. The MTO program ensures that you get the exact shoe you want by giving you the ability to customize many of the components that make up one’s shoes; such as the last shape, the leather, the sole choice as well as many others. This program is not restricted to the current models on offer, but is extended to any J.FitzPatrick model that has ever been put into production. Details about the MTO Program can be found HERE.
A SHINE & CO. SHOE SHINES
A Shine & Co. has been in business for nearly twenty years and offers shines of unparalleled quality. In both their San Francisco and New York locations, they use the same Saphir shoe care products that we sell here in the store. A good shine is an important part of caring for your shoes, and who better to take care of your shoes than the shine masters.
Stop by anytime between 11 and 7 on June 12 or 13 to meet Justin and see his shoes. Complimentary shoe shines will be available first come, first served, and will be in-chair only.
