Don’t live nearby?
No problem. You can still sell your shoes. Simply follow the instructions in this guide. We’ll evaluate your shoes and make you an offer.
Photograph your shoes
Photograph your shoes on a neutral background. Natural light is preferred.
Document the following: top, sides, and heels of the shoes; soles; creases on vamp and toes; heel wear; inside of heels; any scuffs, scratches, or defects; and the size written inside the shoe.
Follow the example images below.
Email us your photos
Send the photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include brand, model, and size information, as well as details about any packaging you have (box, dust bags, etc).
We’ll check out your shoes and let you know if we’d like to purchase them. We don’t accept everything. Read more about what we’re looking for on the sell your shoes page.
This is the point when we’ll make you an offer. It’s yours to accept or decline, but the price is firm.
Ship your shoes
We’ll send you a prepaid domestic (USA) shipping label, so all you have to do is box up your shoes and take them to the nearest UPS store.
Sorry, but we do not provide prepaid shipping for international sellers. International shipping fees as well as any customs, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the seller.
We’ll give the shoes a second inspection when they arrive.
Please note We reserve the right to decline shoes upon arrival. We’ll return them to you at no cost.
If you’d like to be paid cash, we’ll send you money through PayPal. If you’d like store credit, we’ll keep it on file.
