We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 10 days of receiving it. Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or a store credit against future purchases. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and must include original packaging.
Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale and sold as-is. Leffot cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Prior to returning something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Authorization number by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel.
Returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Authorization number may not be accepted. If you prefer, you can contact one of our customer care representatives who will be happy to talk you through our returns procedure. Simply call (212) 989-4577.
