There’s something about Alden and wingtips that is inexplicable. Our Greenwich boots are a favorite among fans of both genres. This version is made on the Barrie last in versatile brown alpine grain calfskin. To complete the detailing we went with five brass eyelets, four speedhooks, and commando soles. What more can we say?

There’s still a lot of winter ahead and we recognize the fact that it’s not always convenient to wear boots. In that case the Alden All Weather Walker in Brown Alpine Grain is an excellent choice.
These shoes feature natural plantation crepe double outsoles with fitted leather tips. Natural rubber provides better traction and keeps water out not to mention how comfortable they are to walk on.
This is the “NEW” Brown Alpine Grain; it has a deeper, richer intensity than the old color and in our opinion is more appealing.

Yesterday was quite a unique day; it was the first time all the shoes we sold were by a single manufacturer. I’m not surprised they were Alden’s but it was unusual. Two guys were so excited about their new shoes they trashed their old pair and wore the new ones out of the store.
Here they are before and after; it’s not surprising they wore the new ones out.

Floyd is the northeast rep for Alden, and is no rookie either. He’s now in his 53 year with the company. If there’s ever anything want to know about Alden, Floyd’s your man.
