Corthay’s Chukka takes Corthay’s highly individual style and applies it to a very versatile shoe. Made in soft camel skin, the boots’ sleek last and unique color makes them both versatile and distinctive. Wear them with jeans or wear them with a suit — either way, you’ll have the sharpest shoes in the room.
We’ve recently received new stock in two of the most classic Alden cordovan shoes, the plain toe blucher and the leisure handsewn loafer.
Both are excellent entryways into the world of Alden shoes as well as perfect staple shoes for everyday use. Color 8 is Horween’s most popular and most versatile cordovan color, pairing well with almost any color and texture.
Shell cordovan leather is known for its low maintenance and durability, so both of these shoes can literally serve you for decades. Cordovan is a supple leather with a memory that responds to use, so the shoes will only get more comfortable and better looking with age.

Barrie Last, Color 8 Cordovan, Double Leather Soles
Pierre Corthay is without doubt a master designer and shoemaker. The Arca arguably the most famous model in the Corthay collection is a chameleon, change the color and you have a completely new shoe. There’s really no end to the options with Pierre, if you can dream it he will create it.
Our newest Arca is in Lie de Vin. In all honesty these photos don’t do justice to the color. I tried several times to capture the color perfectly alas this is the best I could do. They still look amazing.
In particular the stained soles are a great touch, Christian Louboutin has nothing on Corthay.
The “Arca”, by Pierre Corthay is simple, elegant and flatters both the foot and wardrobe. No wonder it’s the most ordered shoe at Leffot.
Our next order in Burgundy will arrive in a few weeks and it promises to be a beauty.

The cordovan on these shoes are not only beautiful but supple as well, a true treat for the lover of cordovan.
