We’ve received our first delivery of Alden’s new 403 stock Indy Boots. These boots are the same authentic Alden work boots you have known and loved. The 403 is made on the Trubalance last with Brown Chromexcel uppers, supple glove leather linings. Horween Chromexcel is excellent leather and looks great on these boots.

Incidentally we spent the day at the Alden factory and world headquarters in Middelborough, MA yesterday. What a great time, we took lots of pictures and video, which we’ll post as soon as we can.
Two new Quoddy’s are now in stock, the Maliseet blucher and the Canoe Moc, both made with Genuine Horween Chromexcel uppers. Quoddy hand sews all their shoes and boots in Maine just as they have for the past 100 years. No cement or glue is ever used, each pair is leather lined from heel to toe, and have padded leather sock linings that gently cushion your feet.
These shoes are so much more than they appear to be. A simple boat shoe they are not. In fact they aren’t really boat shoes at all, they’re moccasins with rubber soles. These are finely crafted shoes built by highly skilled hand sewers that get better looking and feeling with wear. Just because they’re casual doesn’t mean they aren’t quality.

We can’t saw for a fact that these boots take their name from Grizzly Adams, but we can easily imagine the big guy wearing a pair. Nonetheless the Quoddy Grizzly boot is an excellent boot to keep your feet warm and cozy. These boots like all Quoddy’s are handsewn moccasin constructed made with Horween Chromexcel leather. Our Grizzly’s are fully lined in sheepskin with crepe wrapped soles. They’re incredibly light, soft and warm, ideal for stalking the urban wilderness.
