No one makes Longwing Bluchers like Alden. That may be why we stock so many of them. Our newest model is a reorder of a popular shoe from last spring, the Longwing Blucher in Navy Suede.
These shoes are guaranteed to turn heads. They are fully equipped with lush, navy suede and contrasting brass eyelets and an antique edge, perfect to pair with the bright and light colors of summer clothing. You can even wear them with shorts.

Our spring shoes are beginning to arrive, and this Alden loafer is one of them. The longwing tassel loafer is right up our ally it combines all the elements we love in a shoe.
Made with velvety soft snuff suede and flex welt soles these loafers are the perfect combination for an easy to wear shoe that is sure to turn heads

The Longwing Blucher is not exclusive to Alden, in fact it’s been in production in the US and UK for many years. It is however a very American style and is often referred to around Northampton as the American wingtip. Which is to say this shoe has All American staying power.
Alden of New England has perfected the use of shell cordovan in making the LWB. One of the ways they do that is by using cordovan tanned only by Horween Leather Company in Chicago Illinois. It is with this cordovan that we designed our two new LWB made expressly for Leffot.
Color 8 and Black shell cordovan is the backbone of any shoe collection and yet some men are without either. If you are a lover of cordovan and longwings these shoes are designed for you.

Here’s something you might not have expected. We’ve taken Alden’s classic longwing blucher design, used for decades on heavy cordovan brogues, and made it with Horween oiled Tobacco Chamois leather.
Along with commando soles, these shoes are a surprisingly elegant mix of rugged and dress shoe style. With water resistant leather and a heavy duty lugged sole that can take a beating and keep you standing, these shoes will help keep you dry and looking sharp.
If you don’t “just” want to wear boots all winter, these LWB’s are the way to go

Fall is in the air and wing tips are on my mind, apparently I’m not alone. There’s been a sudden spike in the number of clients looking for classic full brogues with double soles. I wear a couple of these models; I find them to be both versatile and classic. Here’s the line up.
