Made on the Trubalance last in snuff suede, this plain toe boot is stylish, comfortable, and easy on the eyes. They&rsquo;re super wear&shy;able in a number of situ&shy;ations, and because they&rsquo;re suede, they&rsquo;re as comfort&shy;able as they are good-look&shy;ing.

Villager Boot – Snuff Suede

The 405 is Alden’s original Indy boot, made in brown cowhide and well known for its appearance on the feet of Indiana Jones. We’ve tweaked the original just slightly to add commando soles for superior grip in the worst weather.

Indy Boot – Commando Soles

These loafers are a clas&shy;sic Alden model known as the Leis&shy;ure Hand&shy;sewn, or LHS for short. Built on the Van last in brown alpine grain calf, they single leather Goodyear welted soles, making them light and flexible. This is the kind of shoe that you forget you have on.

Penny Loafer – Alpine Grain

These preppy pairs are made for us on the Barrie last in Color 8 Shell Cordovan with with a Brown Alpine Grain saddle, brass eyelets and oil-soaked flex soles. They&rsquo;re light as a feather and look great with jeans and khakis, as well as gray or navy slacks.
At the height of their popular&shy;ity during the fifties and sixties Saddle Shoes were a staple of preppy Ivy Leaguers. The preppy doctrine Take Ivy includes an Ivy Wardrobe Direct&shy;ory, which lists the follow&shy;ing shoes.

Alden of New England has perfected the use of shell cordovan in making the LWB. One of the ways they do that is by using cordovan tanned only by Horween Leather Company in Chicago, Illinois. It is with this cordovan that we designed this LWB made expressly for Leffot.
Black shell cordovan is an elegant essential in any wardrobe, useful in a variety of situations. The unique red lining will help you show a little character as well.
