Quoddy is based in Lewiston, Maine. They are one of the last remaining shoemakers in a region that once employed over 8,000 workers in the shoe trade. Their moccasin-constructed shoes wrap around your foot to provide better fit and durability. They are lightweight, flexible, and, best of all, they can be resoled.
Custom
We can place orders for Quoddys year-round. If you haven’t worn Quoddys before, we will size you in a pair at the store. If you’re a wide or very large or small size, we recommend tracing your foot and sending it directly to Quoddy. They will match the tracing with an appropriate size.
Any Quoddy model can be customized. You can select the leather, lining, sole, stitch, and lace. Our most popular Quoddys are the Blucher and Canoe Shoe.
