Hiro Yanagimachi — New York

Join us as we host master shoemaker Hiro Yanagimachi in our shop. He’ll be on hand to take orders for made-to-order and made-to-measure shoes for the first time since 2019. He’ll also accept orders for the hand-lasted and hand-welted LS1 Sneaker.
Hiro Yanagimachi is based in Tokyo. He moved to England in 1995, where he graduated first in his class from the prestigious London’s Cordwainer’s College. He then learned the techniques of bespoke shoemaking at John Lobb. Upon returning to Japan, Hiro started his own brand in 1999. The rest is history.
Hiro is an extraordinary, meticulous craftsman in the fine tradition of English style and shoemaking. This is a very special trunk show, and Hiro’s only visit to the U.S. this year. As shoe enthusiasts, we are certain you will find the shoes and Hiro most interesting.
